With 27 years of experience in turnaround management, strategy-based consulting and implementing best-practice operational models for industry-leading brands, Mr. Thompson has built Specialized into an industry leader across multiple markets with over $600M in assets under management.
Ari Lund has 15 years of experience in single family property management and is primarily responsible for driving efficiencies and cost reduction via the company’s best-in-class operational model, which includes Specialized’s proprietary technology, RentalView360. He also oversees the company’s service, from maintenance and leasing to training and support. His innovative nature and customer service focus have always driven him to look for new and better processes to enhance company, client and tenant interactions.
Nathan Jackson is responsible for the development, implementation and management of the SPM’s industry-leading Business Intelligence platform, Rental IQ. In addition to Rental IQ, Nathan also manages the design and development of business automation software to streamline SPM’s operations. Nathan is great at taking large datasets and turning them into actionable insights. He is always looking for new ways to streamline the business and implement effective technology.
As the Industry Principal, Barbara is able to utilize her more than 20 years’ experience in property management and associated technology to help support customers and the internal teams at Propertyware.
