Inaas Arabi joined RealPage in 2019, to lead the single-family division. He brings many years of single-family property management experience from managing start-ups, to large portfolios. As a former Propertyware customer and VP of Rental Property Management over a large multi-state portfolio, Inaas gained in-depth understanding of Propertyware and Consumer Solutions. His goal is to serve as the voice of the customer and develop new and innovative ways to help property managers attain profitability and growth.
Dennis Cisterna is the founder and CEO of Guardian Residential. Dennis is one of the most well-known executives in the SFR investment sector, and he previously served as the CEO of Investability Solutions and Managing Director of FirstKey Lending. Dennis has held a wide variety of management positions within the real estate investment and development sectors, including key roles at notable firms such as Johnson Capital, Lennar, and Toll Brothers. Throughout his career, he has completed more than $3 billion worth of real estate transactions across the U.S. and Europe.
A requested speaker at economic and real estate conferences across the nation, Dennis also serves as a monthly contributor for U.S. News & World Report and previously hosted The Investability Podcast. He was also named one of HousingWire’s Rising Stars of 2017. He currently serves as a member of the National Rental Home Council, the Urban Land Institute, and the National Association of Home Builders. Dennis received his B.A. in political science from San Diego State University.
Bruce McNeilage is the co-founder of Kinloch Partners, LLC (a real estate investment company), Kinloch Homes, LLC (a single-family home builder), and Harpeth Development, LLC. He has built in six subdivisions in the Greater Atlanta area. Kinloch currently owns assets in Nashville, Atlanta, Raleigh, and South Carolina.
Bruce is a national speaker and guest lecturer on Build to Rent housing. His firm's assets have been acquired 12 times by private equity funds and publicly traded REITS looking to make inroads in the Atlanta and Nashville residential markets. Kinloch builds and sells houses to the general public as well as private equity funds and REITS.
Kinloch primarily owns and develops multifamily residential housing in Nashville. Bruce recently built a 121-unit condominium complex in East Nashville called Solo East, and has announced a second condo project called Solo North. Bruce has also renovated and owned apartment complexes in Nashville; Lebanon, Murfreesboro, and Columbia, Tennessee; as well as in Forest Park, Georgia.
Jay Byce is the SVP and co-founder of ResiBuilt Homes, a production homebuilder based in Atlanta. ResiBuilt has the land pipeline to build over 1,200 homes in the Atlanta MSA over the next two years and is in the process of expanding its footprint to other cities across the southeast.
Jay’s previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Investments for the start-up and growth phases of three single-family REITs with a combined value of $7+ billion: Colony American Homes, American Residential Properties, and Altisource Solutions. In addition to aggressively growing each company, Jay pioneered 500+ of the first institutional build-to-rent homes and successfully launched investments, including a $50 million fix-and-flip fund, a $50 million hard money lending fund, and $1.5 billion in distressed commercial debt portfolios. Prior to joining these companies, Jay owned an Atlanta-based firm specializing in the entitlement, development, and construction of over 1,000 residential lots. Jay has been an active real estate broker in Georgia since 2001 and graduated with a B.A. in International Business Finance from the University of Georgia.
Stephanie Casper is the Vice President of Originations at CoreVest Finance (formerly Colony American Finance). She has been with the company since 2015 when she joined the firm to manage the Bridge lending business. Stephanie’s career includes operational management and executive positions at companies such as GE, Marriott International, and Green Street Advisors.
Stephanie is a graduate of The Hotel School at Cornell University. She earned her MBA at UNC Chapel Hill.
